Handsets — Rent or Purchase We offer a range of handset options to suit your business needs and budget. Handsets are available to rent or purchase, giving you full flexibility. Existing handsets require a compatibility assessment prior to installation.

Installation, Setup & Training Our team handles the full setup and configuration of your phone system. Within the Sydney Metro Area, installation starts from $199 (excl. GST) for the first two hours, including travel within a 20 km radius from our office. Additional labour is charged at $99 per hour. Outside the Sydney Metro Area, a call-out fee of $199 (excl. GST) applies, plus $0.95 per km for travel and $99 per hour for labour. Please note that additional materials, after-hours requests, and parking fees may incur extra charges.

Important Service Information BizTel is a hosted cloud service that does not require a PBX system on your premises. The number of simultaneous calls your system can handle is equal to the number of extensions you subscribe to. All services are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Cancellation requires 5 days’ notice, and early termination fees apply equal to the remainder of the contract term. Plan changes are not available once the service is active.
