We offer both month-to-month and contract options depending on the service. BizTel cloud bundles for example are available month-to-month with just 5 days notice to cancel. For hardware-included services, early termination conditions may apply — these are always clearly explained before you sign up.
Any reliable broadband connection works — NBN, 4G, 5G, or fibre. Each active voice call uses approximately 100 Kbps. A standard NBN 25 plan comfortably supports multiple simultaneous calls. If you need internet alongside your phone system, Comstel can provide a bundled solution.
