It depends on your usage and priorities. Kyocera is strong for cost-per-page focus and long-life devices. Fujifilm (formerly Fuji Xerox in Australia) suits offices wanting a sustainability-focused, locally-engineered range. What is "managed print services" (MPS)?
Managed Print Services means Comstel takes over the management of your print fleet end-to-end. We monitor device usage, replenish toner and supplies automatically, respond to faults, and handle preventative maintenance. Your team prints; we handle everything else. It's the right model for businesses that want to remove print from their IT or admin team's plate.
Can Comstel service my existing printer?
In many cases, yes — especially for Kyocera, Fujifilm and Xerox devices. Send us the make, model, and serial number and our team will confirm whether we can take over service and supplies for your existing fleet. Contact us to discuss.
Do you supply toner and consumables only?
Yes. If you've already bought devices elsewhere but want a single Australian supplier for genuine manufacturer toner and consumables, Comstel can supply on a per-order or scheduled-replenishment basis. Just tell us what models you're running.
Do you handle single units or whole fleet rollouts?
Both. We supply single devices for small offices through to multi-site fleet refreshes for enterprises. The Comstel approach is the same regardless of scale — understand your needs first, then recommend the right kit.
