Which plan should a small business choose?
Most businesses with 5–25 staff start on Business Security Premium — it includes EDR, advanced analytics and full-disk encryption, which we find covers ~85% of regulated SMBs (accounting, legal, healthcare, finance). Smaller offices without compliance pressure can start on Essential. If you have 50+ staff or run a multi-site operation, Enterprise + MDR adds 24/7 managed SOC response.
Can Comstel migrate us from another antivirus?
Yes. We routinely migrate clients from McAfee, Norton, Trend Micro, ESET, Sophos and Microsoft Defender for Business. We map your existing policies, schedule a phased rollout, and stay on hand during the cutover so day-to-day operations aren't disrupted.
Is Bitdefender suitable for hybrid and remote teams?

How is licensing billed?
Annual billing is the most common — pay upfront for 1, 2 or 3 years, with multi-year licences offering better pricing. Monthly billing is available for managed business plans. Comstel consolidates Bitdefender on the same invoice as your other services where possible.
