Business NBN plans built for productivity.
Comstel Business NBN plans deliver enhanced SLA, static IP addresses and Sydney-based business support — from $109/month. Six speed tiers from 100/40 Mbps right through to 2 Gbps. Buy online in minutes or call our Sydney team.
NBN built for business, not just households.
Business NBN plans run on the same physical NBN network as residential plans, but with substantially different service handling. NBN Co assigns higher-priority traffic class to Business NBN connections, meaning your data takes precedence over residential traffic during peak congestion periods.
Beyond network priority, Comstel's Business NBN plans include enhanced Service Level Agreements with sub-4-hour fault response on Gold tier, static IP addresses for VPN and remote access, dedicated Sydney-based business support, and the option to add automatic 4G/5G failover for outage protection.
For most Australian businesses — professional services, healthcare practices, hospitality venues, retail stores running EFTPOS, and any business with cloud-based applications — the productivity cost of an outage easily justifies the modest monthly premium over residential plans.
Two service tiers, your choice.
Every Comstel Business NBN plan comes in either Bronze or Gold service tier. Pick the one that matches how critical internet is to your business.

Quick answers about business NBN plans.
What are Business NBN plans and why do they cost more than residential?
Business NBN plans include enhanced features over residential plans: priority business-class traffic handling on the NBN network, enhanced Service Level Agreements with sub-4-hour fault response, static IP addresses included, dedicated Australian business support, and committed information rates during peak hours.
What's the difference between Bronze and Gold plans?
Bronze plans deliver business-grade NBN with priority traffic handling and Sydney-based support — perfect for small offices. Gold plans add an enhanced Service Level Agreement with faster fault response (sub-4-hour), higher uptime targets and account-manager-level support. Gold is recommended for any business where internet downtime directly impacts revenue.
Which Business NBN plan is right for my business?
As a guide: 1–5 staff with basic email and cloud apps suits BIZ Fast 100/40 from $109/mo. 6–15 staff running video calls and accounting software suits BIZ Superfast 250/100 from $119/mo (Bronze) or $125/mo (Gold). 15–40 staff with heavy cloud workflows suits BIZ Turbofast 500/200 from $139/mo. 40+ staff or design/media businesses suit BIZ Ultrafast 1000/400 from $169/mo. For data-intensive operations, BIZ Hyperfast 2000/500 at $249/mo delivers 2 Gbps.
How long does Business NBN installation take?
For most addresses already connected to NBN, activation takes 5–10 business days from order. For sites needing a new NBN connection, allow 10–20 business days. We confirm an installation date upfront.

What technology types are available?
BIZ Fast (100/40) is available on FTTP, HFC, FTTC and FTTN. BIZ Superfast (250/100) is available on FTTP and HFC only. BIZ Turbofast 500/200, BIZ Ultrafast 1000/400 and BIZ Hyperfast 2000/500 require FTTP. Most metro and suburban addresses are FTTP-eligible — call us to check your specific site.
What happens if my Business NBN goes down?
With Comstel's enhanced SLA, faults are logged immediately with NBN Co and escalated through our Sydney NOC. Typical fault resolution is under 4 business hours on Gold plans. We can also provide 4G/5G failover devices for retail, hospitality and cloud-dependent operations.
