How fast is installation?
If you already have an NBN connection, switching to Comstel is fast — typically 3-5 business days. New installations may take 2-4 weeks depending on NBN Co schedule and connection type at your premises. Comstel coordinates the entire process and keeps you updated.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees on standard NBN connections. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts — you can cancel or upgrade anytime. For premises requiring a new physical NBN connection, NBN Co installation costs may apply — we'll confirm at quote.
Can I keep my existing email and phone numbers?
Yes. Email is unaffected by changing internet provider. Phone numbers can be ported to Comstel cloud phones (BizTel, AVAYA, iPECS) or kept on your existing carrier — we'll guide you through the process.
