Seven cloud phone bundles from $25 per user per month. What’s in each one, which handset you get, and how to work out which fits your team.
BizTel is Comstel ICT’s cloud phone system for Australian businesses with 1 to 50 users. It runs on the Ericsson-LG iPECS Cloud platform, hosted in Australia — so there is no on-premises PBX to rack, power or maintain, and adding a user takes minutes rather than weeks.

What every bundle includes
There is no tiered feature gating. From Starter Soft-Line to Wireless, every plan gets the complete iPECS Cloud call feature set:
- A phone line per extension, with a new or ported number
- Unlimited local, national and mobile calls (subject to our Fair Use Policy)
- Softphone app for mobile, PC and laptop, on the same number as your desk phone
- Voicemail and voicemail to email, call forwarding and advanced forwarding, call parking, call waiting
- Conference calling, simultaneous ring, extension status, internal video calls
- Chat (1:1 and group), file transfer on chat, desktop phone control, personal and company directory, call logs

Choosing a handset

iPECS 1010i — Basic
2.4″ mono display, 4 programmable keys, HD wideband voice. Compact and dependable for desks that take a handful of calls a day.

iPECS 1040i — Standard
3.5″ colour display, 24 programmable keys, dual Gigabit Ethernet and USB. The everyday workhorse.

iPECS 1050i — Pro
4.3″ colour display, 36 programmable keys, expansion module and Bluetooth headset support.

iPECS 1080i — Ultra
7″ colour touchscreen, 8MP camera with HD video calling, built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, dual USB and HDMI.
Every handset arrives pre-configured with zero-touch provisioning, linked to the same number as your softphone apps.
Installation and setup

Within Sydney Metro
Installation $199 (excl. GST) for the first 2 hours. Additional labour $99 per hour. Travel within 20km included.

Outside Sydney Metro
Call-out fee $199 (excl. GST), travel $0.95 per km, additional labour $99 per hour.
Not included
Additional materials and parts, parking fees at cost, after-hours or urgent requests, and travel calculated on round-trip distance. Cabling is not included. International calls are charged per minute per the published iPECS Cloud Outbound Rate Card.
How long it takes

- Sign and shipYou sign the service agreement. Handsets ship pre-configured and number porting begins.
- Install and trainOn-site installation in Sydney Metro, or remote setup nationally, plus training for your team.
- Ongoing supportAustralian support from North Sydney. New extensions added in minutes.
Most sites are live in 3–7 business days. Porting from an existing provider adds 5–15 business days but runs in parallel, so your current phones keep working until cutover.
