From Fuji Xerox to FUJIFILM Business Innovation.
In April 2021, the Australian operation formerly known as Fuji Xerox Australia rebranded to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia. The hardware lineage is unchanged — same engineering, same local technical knowledge, same Australian support network — but the brand alignment now sits fully under Fujifilm.
The flagship product family is Apeos — an "all-in-one" multifunction range built around copy, print, scan and fax. The ApeosPort series adds advanced enterprise features, document workflow integration, and compact form factors. At the top end, the Revoria Press range covers high-end production printing.
Fujifilm devices integrate natively with Microsoft Universal Print, support card-tap user authentication, and offer secure print release across a fleet — making them a strong choice for businesses standardising on Microsoft 365 environments.
Four families, every office need.

One supplier across your whole tech stack.
Six reasons businesses consolidate Fujifilm print with Comstel rather than running a separate vendor for it.
One provider, one bill
Fujifilm print, plus phones, internet, cybersecurity, mobile — one Comstel account, one monthly invoice. Fewer vendor relationships, simpler accounts payable.
Microsoft 365 ready
Fujifilm devices integrate natively with Microsoft Universal Print and Azure AD. Comstel handles the cloud print setup, authentication, and user provisioning during install.
Secure print release
Card-tap authentication and PIN-release printing keep confidential documents from sitting in output trays. Comstel configures secure print as part of installation.
Honest model recommendations
We'll tell you when a simpler model meets your needs. No upselling to a flagship if a mid-tier Apeos covers your actual usage.
Genuine Fujifilm supplies
Genuine Fujifilm toner and consumables sourced through Comstel — ordered on demand or set up on scheduled replenishment via your Comstel account.
Service & maintenance
Preventative maintenance schedules, fault response, and ongoing technical support — handled by Comstel's Sydney-based team rather than juggling a separate vendor.
Fujifilm is the right pick for Microsoft-first offices.
Six environments where Apeos and ApeosPort consistently fit well.
Cloud-first businesses
Universal Print integration, Azure AD authentication, and OneDrive scan workflows — Fujifilm slots cleanly into a Microsoft 365 environment.
Law, accounting, advisory
High document volumes, confidentiality needs, A3 print for contracts and reports. Apeos A3 with card-tap secure release is well-suited.
Procurement-friendly
Fujifilm is one of the most established print brands across Australian government and local council procurement — well-known specs and support.
Easy continuity migration
If you've been on Fuji Xerox historically, the Fujifilm Apeos range is the natural continuation — same engineering, same support network, refreshed branding.
In-house print rooms
Revoria Press for high-volume colour production — education materials, corporate marketing collateral, professional booklet finishing.
Branch networks
Standardised Apeos fleet across sites with centralised user authentication and consistent scan-to-cloud workflow. One brand simplifies training.
