What internet speed do I need?
The COMSTEL TV Box works with any internet provider — NBN, 4G, 5G or standard broadband. For HD streaming we recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps; for 4K and 6K, 50 Mbps or higher is ideal. No special internet plan is required.
What happens after the included 12 months ends?
After your first year, ongoing access continues at just $10/month. You'll receive a notification before renewal so there are no surprise charges — you remain in full control.
Do I need a smart TV to use it?
No. The COMSTEL TV Box plugs into any television with an HDMI port and adds smart functionality — you don't need a smart TV to use it.
Can I use it on more than one TV?
Each box connects to one TV at a time. If you'd like the COMSTEL TV Box on additional TVs in your home, you can simply add another box.
How fast is delivery?
Boxes ship from Sydney, NSW. Most Australian metro addresses receive theirs within 2–4 business days. Free delivery applies Australia-wide.
