A proactive managed service: 24/7 system monitoring, unlimited remote support, cyber security and threat intelligence, backup validation and system optimisation. The Onsite & Remote plan adds physical infrastructure inspections and a security posture review. It’s designed for teams of 3 to 10 users at a fixed monthly cost.
What’s the difference between Unlimited Remote and Onsite & Remote?
Unlimited Remote ($50/user) covers unlimited phone, email and remote support for desktops, software and basic network connectivity. Onsite & Remote ($100/user) includes everything in Remote plus physical inspections of servers, routers and firewalls, backup & recovery validation, a security posture review, and VoIP & internet health checks with on-site visits.
How is it priced?
Pricing is per user, per month, plus GST — $50/user for Unlimited Remote and $100/user for Onsite & Remote. It’s a fixed monthly cost so your IT spend is predictable. The service is sized for teams of 3 to 10 users.
What are the support hours, and is after-hours available?
Standard support runs Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. After-hours support, or onsite visits for Remote-only plans, are billed at a discounted $150/hr (ex GST) plus travel/call-out fees. Travel for onsite visits is billed at a flat 30-minute rate.
Do you monitor systems 24/7 even though support is 9–5?
Yes. Active system monitoring runs 24/7 on both plans, so issues are detected around the clock. Hands-on support and response are delivered during business hours, with after-hours assistance available at the rates above.
