Which network do these plans use?
All our business mobile and broadband data plans run on the Telstra Mobile Network — Australia’s largest 4G/5G network.
What contract terms are available?
Every plan comes on three terms: 36 months, 24 months, or month-to-month. The inclusions are identical on all three — only the monthly price changes. The 36-month term is our lowest price.
What if I need to cancel a fixed-term plan early?
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation charge. On 24 and 36-month plans an early termination charge applies, which is set out in your agreement and confirmed in writing before you sign up. Any remaining device or accessory repayments are also payable in full.
Do the prices exclude GST?
Yes — every price shown on this page includes GST.
What’s the difference between mobile and broadband data-only plans?
Mobile plans include voice and data, with unlimited calls, SMS and MMS to standard Australian numbers. Broadband data-only plans include data and data sharing only — they’re ideal for tablets, laptops, modems, mobile broadband routers and IoT devices.
What happens if I go over my data?
There are no excess data charges in Australia. Once you exceed your allowance your speed is slowed, so you stay connected without a bill shock.
